As one of Finland’s largest apple producers, we specialise in apple products such as apple jam, apple juice and honey from the farm’s own bees.

The core of our product family consists of:

• Apples
• Apple juice
• Sparkling apple juice: PomPim, PomPim Jubilé and PomPim Rosé
• Apple jam
• Apple granola
• Apple toffee
• Honey

In addition, we produce seasonal items such as Rubin marmalade, apple saffron chutney, apple mustard and apple glögg. We also make candles from beeswax produced by the manor’s own bees.

All our apple products are available in our farm shop & café Glassgaraget, located in Amos Anderson’s beautifully caryatid-decorated garage. You can also find our products in shops and cafés on Kimitoön, as well as from other retailers in Turku and Ekenäs. In Helsinki, our products are available for example in the Amos Rex museum shop and at Nylands mat – Local Food Hub.

Söderlångvik Ice Cream

In the farm shop Glassgaraget you can also enjoy Söderlångvik’s apple ice cream. Apple puree made of the manor’s own apples is used in the production of the ice cream.

The ice cream comes in eight apple inspired flavours: apple vanilla, apple pistachio, apple cinnamon cookie, apple caramel, apple mascarpone raspberry, apple coconut chocolate, apple sorbet and apple mojito sorbet.
