ARRIVAL
Yard and Parking Area
There is one accessible parking space that meets the required dimensions (width 3.6 m, length 5 m) and is marked with a vertical sign featuring a wheelchair symbol. The route from the parking space to the museum is smooth and gently sloped. The space is located about 300 meters from the main entrance.
Drop-off traffic can stop directly at the museum entrance, which is especially recommended for visitors with mobility impairments.
Main Entrance
Address: Amos Andersonintie 2, 25870 Dragsfjärd
There is no fixed ramp at the main entrance, but a portable ramp can be placed upon request, for example by phone. The ramp is steep, but staff are happy to assist. The ramp’s slope can be viewed in the accessibility video starting at 00:33. The doorway is wide (over 85 cm).
The restaurant entrance is accessible via a ramp with a handrail on one side. The ramp meets accessibility standards and has no thresholds over 2 cm. The restaurant door is over 80 cm wide.
The Glassgaraget shop has a door over 80 cm wide, but with a threshold over 2 cm.
INDOORS – MUSEUM
Main Hall
The service desk is located to the left of the entrance.
Visitors using mobility aids or requiring assistance purchase a regular ticket. Assistants always enter free of charge, including interpreters. Assistance and guide dogs are welcome.
A wheelchair is available for loan.

The building has two floors connected by an elevator. However, the elevator does not fully meet accessibility standards (door width 72 cm, cabin width 76 cm, depth 106 cm). Buttons are placed at 130 cm height and have raised numbering. There is no voice guidance. Staff are available to assist if needed.
Pathways
All areas of the museum are accessible. Pathways are smooth, sufficiently wide (at least 120 cm), and thresholds are under 20 mm. Seating is available along the pathways. There are no signs inside the museum, but visitors receive a guidebook.

There are no induction loops. Exhibitions include seating. The café and restaurant are in a separate building with accessible entrance, service points, and mobile payment terminals.
