Morning yoga with Elina at the museum terrace

Start the summer day with a calm and relaxing yoga session! 

We do yoga on the terrace of the Manor main building that houses Söderlångvik’s museum.

The yoga instructors will lead a dynamic soft Hathayoga that gives you a wonderful start to the day. Instructors for the summer 2023:

Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket, and clothes to keep you warm. In case of rain, the yoga class is under the crystal chandeliers in the museum’s salon.

Siw is a Hatha and yin yoga teacher (Ryt 500) and has been teaching yoga for three years. Siw is also a visual arts teacher. “An important aspect of yoga is finding the balance between body and mind. It provides the calmness needed in our active everyday life.”
Daphne Jensen is a work life coach and runs courses on leadership, wellbeing and recovery. Daphne has been a yoga instructor for seven years and sees yoga as a tool for good recovery and balance in life. “Morning yoga in nature is the best way to start the day.” Photo: @anettesundstromphotography

The yoga costs 12 € / person / session, you can also buy the whole series of six yoga sessions for 64 €. Fee for missed visits will not be returned.

For those who participate in yoga, we offer admission to the museum’s exhibitions for half price ( á 5 €), including a tour with an audio guide and a printed Gallery Guide and Interior Guide.
